Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups juice from lemons seeds removed
  • 8 cups Water divided

Method
 

  1. In medium sauce pan add the sugar and one cup of the water. Bring to a boil and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In large pitcher combine the juice from the lemons with the cooled sugar mixture.
  3. Add the remaining 7 cups of water and mix well.
  4. Add ice and chill until ready to serve.
