Simple Breakfast Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Grease
  • 2-3 cups Whole Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook your bacon and save 1/4 cup of the grease.
  2. Whisk in 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour. Let cook for a few minutes while continuing to whisk. The longer you cook it the darker it will be.
  3. Pour in the milk one cup at a time while continuously whisking, until you get to the desired consistency. Serve immediately over your biscuits.
